Continuous Improvment

The Lean methodology relies on 3 very simple ideas:

 1.  Deliver value from the perspective of your customer

2.   Waste elimination (things that don’t bring value to the end product)

3.  Continuous improvement

Starting with these three concepts, we will empower your team members to increase value-add activities in daily business operations.

The two main pillars of the Lean methodology are:

1.  Respect for people

2.  Continuous improvements

A continual improvement process, also often called a continuous improvement process is an ongoing effort to improve products, methods, and services. These efforts can reveal "incremental" improvement over a period or "breakthrough" improvement all at once, using tools such as 5-S, Kaizen Events, and Value Stream Mapping.
